In my experience, providing a clear and simple breakdown in a PDF format proves highly beneficial for clients, as well as for your own records. Following this, I typically send a detailed outline of deliverables via email, elaborating on our discussions and the client’s requirements. An example of this approach is provided below in the ‘Project Deliverables’ section.
